Louise was helpful, courteous and non-intrusive in an exceptional way. Her sensitive guidance and good listening skills enabled me to open my store of early memories to a surprising degree. There were some disruptions to the task of telling  my life story and Louise was really generous with her time and patience.  I found the process very worthwhile and I would gladly recommend Louise to anyone who is interested in this undertaking.
